Donald D. DeGrasse
Donald D. DeGrasse is the President and owner of the The DeGrasse Law Firm, P.C. , which is a Texas Professional Corporation primarily engaged in debt recovery in Texas, Louisiana and New Mexico. Don attended Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana where he graduated with high distinction in Accounting for his undergraduate studies in 1976 and law school in 1979. Don was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1981 and became a Certified Public Accountant in Texas in 1983. He overseas all phases of the operations of The DeGrasse Law Firm, P.C.
Clint attended Wayland Baptist University while serving in the U.S. Air Force. He then received a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from South Texas College of Law and was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2012. After working for a law firm and being a solo practitioner Clint joined The DeGrasse Law Firm, P.C. in 2016 as the Associate Attorney in charge of Post-Judgment operations.
Reneé attended undergraduate school at the University of Houston-Downtown while working full-time for Marathon Oil Company in the Legal Department. She then received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law – Houston. Reneé was licensed as an attorney in Texas in 2018 and has since been practicing as an Associate Attorney with The DeGrasse Law Firm, P.C. in the Contested Litigation Department.
Eric M. Spence
Eric Spence attended New Mexico Military Institute and St. Edward’s University in Austin where he graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice in 2002. He obtained a M.B.A. from Texas State University-San Marcos in Finance and Economics in 2004 followed by a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from South Texas College of Law in 2009. Eric was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2009 and since then has worked as an associate for a major bank and as an attorney ad litem before joining the DeGrasse Law Frim P.C. in 2018 as the Associate Attorney In Charge of Pre-Judgment operations.
Gilbert G. Gonzalez, Jr.
Gil attended undergraduate school at Louisiana State University where he received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sports Management. He then received a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from Southern University Law School in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 2017. After graduating law school, Gil worked as a Judicial Clerk for the 17th Judicial District Court in Thibodeaux, Louisiana before joining The DeGrasse Law Firm, PC. in 2017 as the Attorney in Charge of Louisiana Operations.
Catherine attended the University of New Mexico where she received a Bachelors and Master’s Degree. After working for a large insurance company she went back to the University of New Mexico to obtain a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree. Catherine practiced law in Albuquerque in the areas of consumer collections, family law and foreclosures before joining The DeGrasse Law Firm, PC in 2018 as Attorney in Charge of New Mexico Operations.
